How do I make a booking?
All bookings can be placed via our secure website. Please enter your dates and the available units will be displayed in your results. Once you have found the unit you wish to book, simply click the 'Book Now' button. This will take you through our booking process.
If you have any difficulties using our website, please contact us and we will organise your booking to be completed over the phone.
What time can I check in?
In order to ensure cleaners have sufficient time to clean all caravans scheduled, check in time is strictly 4pm onwards. Any guests who arrive early, will be asked to leave the caravan until the check in time.
What time can I check out?
Unless you have arranged a late check out during your booking, all check out times are strictly 10am. This is to ensure that cleaners can complete their cleans within the frame frame available in readiness for incoming guests.
Any guests who have not left by 10:00am, will be charged a late check out fee of £25.00.
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
No. All bedding, duvets and pillows is included in your stay.
What if my holiday unit has not been cleaned?
Please contact us immediately if your unit has not been cleaned. We take pride in ensuring that all holiday units are cleaned to a high standard for all guests. We ask that you take photographic evidence and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will ensure that a further clean is completed at the earliest opportunity.
Where do I get the key?
All holiday units have a key safe outside the caravan. You will be sent your key code prior to arrival via our system.
If you arrive and there is no key in the key box, please contact us urgently to collect an emergency spare.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made via our website or by sending a bank transfer (details found on your confirmation)
How do I get my security deposit returned?
Upon departure you will receive an email reminding you that your departure time is 10:00am and a request for your bank details (sort code and account number).
All security deposits are refunded within 7 days of your departure date.
